To participate in this class you must have a minimum of RecGym Level 4

GymStart is a competitive programme designed for girls and boys who train at a recreational level. The focus remains on participation and personal achievement, children progress at their own pace in a fun, encouraging and supportive environment.

GymStart 2hr per weeks prepares gymnasts for competition on 2 apparatus; floor and Vault. GymStart 4hrs per week provides an opportunity to also develop skills on bars and beam, it is also a precursor for selection to our competitive squads. 

Gymnasts will have the option to participate in our own in house competitions to help build their confidence and improve their performance skills.

There is a national event in the year organised by Gymnastics Ireland which our GymStart kids work towards and have the opportunity to attend when ready. This event is based on the GymStart Levels 1-9. This event is specifically designed for recreational gymnasts and aims to provide an opportunity to experience competition within a fun and relaxed environment while celebrating personal achievement.

Annual Membership: €70.00

€68 per month for 2hrs per week (Monthly payment in Advance)
